Reporting to the Sr. Manager of the Supply Chain CoE, you will play a critical, hands-on role in reviewing data, mapping and analyzing processes, and executing initiatives that drive measurable improvements.

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and service-minded. You can troubleshoot operational issues, analyze large datasets, and translate insights into practical solutions. You are comfortable working across teams, documenting processes, and driving tactical execution to keep projects moving forward. Your success will be measured through key performance indicators such as:

  • Effectiveness and timeliness of training delivered
  • Improvements made to existing DMS
  • Implementation of new DMS
  • % of incidents resolved by Local Support vs. total

You are reliable, accurate, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration are key.

  • Run regular master data quality checks to identify maintenance issues and ensure parameter accuracy.
  • Define, update, and track the Parameter Accuracy DMS, forwarding results to planners and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Report and categorize data/system issues (tickets), perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions (e.g., training, DMS creation, process/tool changes).
  • Act as the point of contact between Supply Chain and IT for system enhancements, incident resolution, and ongoing user support.
  • Assist supply planners with day-to-day questions related to SAP B1 and other local planning tools.
  • Track and report key system support metrics such as issue resolution rates, resolution time, and system/tool adoption.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for planners and other users to ensure effective use of supply chain tools and processes.
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with CoE champions and Planning Directors.
  • Become an expert in problem-solving methodology and help train team members in its application.
  • Support the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of Daily Management Systems (DMS).
  • Drive performance of existing DMS and support implementation of new systems that enhance visibility and control.
  • Track DMS-related KPIs to monitor usage, effectiveness, and alignment with process goals.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and IT to ensure process alignment, data consistency, and issue resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between global process champions (PPEs) and local planners to communicate best practices, process changes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Follow up on corrective actions for changes that impact local processes.
