Join an innovative and rapidly scaling stealth startup as a Sr. Recruiter. You will lead the recruitment efforts for critical roles, working closely with leadership and hiring managers to build high-impact teams. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines will be essential to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and achieving successful hires.
What You’ll Do:
Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse set of roles—from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Partner with senior leadership to define hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
Source, engage, and assess top talent using advanced outreach techniques and recruiting tools.
Establish and nurture relationships with both active and passive candidates for current and future opportunities.
Analyze talent market trends and compensation data to inform competitive offers.
Contribute to enhancing employer brand and advancing diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success as a recruiter with 5+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a variety of roles, preferably including technology and business functions.
Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Passion for talent acquisition and connecting great people with great opportunities.
