We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team and serve as a trusted partner to both leadership and employees. This is a fully onsite role supporting our fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of HR Generalist experience and have a proven background managing the full spectrum of HR functions in a hands-on, operational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations across all functional areas, including:
• Employee relations
• Recruitment & onboarding
• Performance management
• Benefits & leave administration
• Training & development
• HR compliance (federal, state, and local)
• Act as a resource and advocate for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support safety and compliance initiatives within the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Lead or support HR projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with proven success managing the full range of HR functions.
• Experience working in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment with a hands-on approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification a plus.
