We are excited to offer an opportunity for a talented and creative Sr. UI/UX Designer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in creating compelling communication and brand messaging that engages, informs, and converts our customer. As a Sr. UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for leading the creation of high-quality content across various platforms, mentoring, and collaborating with other departments to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.

Job Summary: 

The Sr. UI/UX Designer will be responsible for leading the design and user experience of our digital products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create intuitive and engaging interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to drive design strategies that enhance user satisfaction and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of digital products from concept through to completion, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
• Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions. Utilize techniques such as usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design solutions and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Develop visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and design best practices. Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices.
• Define user personas, user journeys, and interaction flows. Develop and iterate on design strategies to address user pain points and improve overall user satisfaction.
• Work closely with UX/UI Director, marketing team, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and target audience needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design. Incorporate new techniques and tools to enhance design processes.
• Ensure all content is polished, error-free, and adheres to brand voice and style guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Flow, or similar. Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design. Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Proven ability to think creatively and develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
