Site Safety Tech – Heavy Civil & Mission Critical Projects

📍 Location: Albiline, TX (Travel Required)

Gregory Construction, a Christian-principled, award-winning contractor, is seeking a Site Safety Tech to assist in daily safety operations across our heavy civil and mission critical construction projects. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about construction safety and eager to grow within a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs)
  • Conduct daily safety observations and hazard reporting
  • Assist with toolbox talks, pre-task planning, and safety meetings
  • Monitor use of PPE, fall protection, and other safety measures
  • Assist in documenting incidents, near misses, and corrective actions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of construction safety or field experience (mission critical preferred)
  • OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid preferred
  • Basic knowledge of trenching, excavation, and fall protection safety
  • Ability to travel regularly to job sites
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
