Help us scale our Instagram and TikTok by blending our own luxury travel + real estate footage with curated, trend-driven content. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just edit—they create, spot opportunities early, and know how to replicate virality.

• A portfolio of luxury vacation rentals, high-end real estate, and travel lifestyle content
• Drone shots, cinematic walkthroughs, vlog-style clips, and behind-the-scenes founder content
• Social pages with massive reach (40K+ on multiple accounts, 260K+ on another) across major platforms
• One goal: growth

• Ideate, repurpose, and edit our existing content into scroll-stopping short-form videos
• Spot trends early and ride them before they peak
• Scrape and curate viral travel content to keep our feeds fresh and consistent
• Think like a creator—bring ideas, not just edits, and shape our content strategy
• Build repeatable frameworks that replicate virality across multiple accounts

• Obsessed with short-form content and platform growth
• A fast, efficient editor with taste and instinct for what goes viral
• Have a track record of growing accounts/channels
