THE ROLE
As a Shopper Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategic marketing programs that drive consumer/guest engagement, increase brand visibility, and ultimately lead to increased sales. This role is focused on the Large Format and Small Format channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with overall brand and business goals as well as channel-specific objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive execution of national and regional shopper marketing programs, including sell-in materials, in-store promotions, point-of-sale assets, and other retailer-specific marketing initiatives
Partner with eCommerce and Media teams to integrate retail media networks and digital components into shopper marketing initiatives
Develop and manage the annual marketing calendars for the Large Format channel, working hand-and-hand with our Sales teams and retail partners
Create custom programing and turnkey toolkits for implementation across various Large Format and Small Format customers
Analyze consumer and shopper research data to identify insights and opportunities for marketing programs
Oversee budget allocation and management for shopper marketing programs, ensuring efficient use of resources
Work closely with external partners, including retail customers, brand partners, and vendor agencies, to develop co-marketing programs and initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies ahead of the curve
Maintain and track performance metrics, ensuring marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact on sales and retailer engagement
WHAT YOU BRING
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Proficiency in analyzing consumer and shopper research data to drive insights and recommendations
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detailed, creative thinker and a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
YOUR BACKGROUND
4+ years of experience in shopper/trade marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry
Experience working with national retail customers in large format and/or small format
Proficiency using syndicated sales data platforms, specifically Spins, Nielsen, Circana, and/or Numerator
Experience working with external agencies and vendor partners
Experience in retail media networks and retailer-specific marketing programs preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Travel up to 15% for business related meetings
Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement
Willingness and the ability to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.

COMPENSATION
Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $90,000 - $100,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, minimum wage requirements, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
