How You Will Make An Impact
Assist candidates in the hiring process which includes, but not limited to, their application, background check, and new hire onboarding
Daily auditing and administrative tasks related to the pre-employment onboarding process
Assist in facilitating new hire orientations as well as hiring events (virtually & onsite)
Update and maintain recruitment databases
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed and support participation in community events to drive interest in seasonal roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Role may require a flexible schedule and overtime during peak hiring period
What You Bring To The Team
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support roles preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Experience with building charts, pivots, and utilizing filters is preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience handling confidential information and documentation
Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer support, ideally, in an environment that interacts with large groups of personnel at one time
Experience with recruitment systems to include Oracle (or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems), First Advantage (or other background check programs/applications)
Flexibility to work in an individual capacity as well as a team
Comfortable working with minimal supervision
Facilitation experience preferred
