Ambar is a platform where humans and AI work together to collect business context and convert it into running systems. We’ve already shipped enterprise applications in weeks that normally take months. Now we’re productizing it.

The Role

You’ll own the customer delivery journey. From initial requirements through to delivery of projects in production. You’ll work on requirement gathering with customers, manage timelines, unblock teams, and keep communication sharp. This role demands both structured execution and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer projects
• Run discovery sessions to gather requirements
• Translate customer needs into actionable plans for the engineering team
• Keep projects on track. Scope, deadlines, communication, and risks
• Manage customer relationships and build trust by delivering outcomes
• Capture and feedback customer requirements to help shape Ambar’s platform

What We’re Looking For

You make things happen. You know how to align stakeholders, tame ambiguity, and deliver working systems under specific timelines. You’ve likely:

• Managed software projects from inception to production deployment
• Worked directly with customers
• Balanced technical depth with business context to keep projects moving
• Thrived in fast-paced settings where structure had to be created, not inherited

How We Hire

-Intro call (45 min): Get to know each other, align on what matters

-Project conversation (60 min): Walk through projects you’ve led, how you managed ambiguity and delivery

-Customer exercise (2–3 hours, async): Customer scenario

• Extract requirements from a brief
• Draft a project plan (milestones, risks, dependencies)
• Write a short customer update email with next steps
• Optional: we are happy to sync with you for 30 minutes over an additional call if you have a list of clarifying questions you’d like to ask

-Presentation + discussion (45–60 min): Talk through your approach and how you’d adapt in a real life project.

We decide fast. If you’re exceptional, you’ll have an offer within ten days of starting the process.
