What You’ll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Governance, Compliance and Insights team, you will lead Front End development for critical components of our industry leading solution for Human Risk Management.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Governance, Compliance and Insights team, you will lead Front End development for critical components of our industry leading solution for Human Risk Management.
- Work with Product Management and Design to refine and implement new features, user interfaces and behaviors.
- Develop, deploy, support and maintain a sophisticated, modern UI.
- Participate in Back End development as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Architects, and Engineers in the US and UK.
- Participate in and help drive Agile development processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation with your colleagues.
- Push for continuous improvement in everything we do.
- Experience with full stack development on Java or C# with emphasis on Front End
- Experience with Typescript and React (including hooks like useEffect and useContext)
- Experience with modern styling approaches including SCSS, SASS, Material UI, and Tailwind
- Experience with JS/TS unit tests with tools like Vitest, Jest, and React Testing Library
- Experience configuring FE tooling like Vite and linters
- Experience with CI/CD build pipelines, especially using GitLab and Jenkins
- Familiarity with effective use of AI tools for development, testing, or documentation
- Familiarity with AWS or similar public cloud offerings
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with docker containers, Kubernetes and Helm
- Familiarity with digital communications tools like Zoom, Slack, and MS Teams: Not just how to use them, but how they work and integrate
