As a corporate communications professional, you know how to inform and engage key audiences and help promote an organization’s reputation. News Corp’s Corporate Communications team is looking for a Senior Manager who will be in charge of developing, executing, and tracking communications strategies, project delivery, change initiatives, policy updates, and C-level stakeholder activities and engagement. This role will be expected to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of communications strategies and materials by collaborating with stakeholders across various corporate functions, business units, and leadership teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute executive communications and stakeholder engagement strategies to promote overarching strategic priorities, drive effective change, cultivate employee awareness, and support the strategic roadmap
Create engaging communications collateral that drives organizational alignment and brand awareness and understanding
Ensure the alignment of messages and distributed content with the broader strategic priorities
Enable executive leadership to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and build consistent, strategic messaging opportunities with their teams
Apply your track record for developing strong internal working relationships at a senior leadership level, and influence without formal direct authority
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. An advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, with an understanding of how to develop and execute strategy, and how to work with C-Suite stakeholders.
Management consulting experience is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and present information in a clear and concise way to a variety of audiences.
Experience in proofing and editing speeches, white papers, business reviews, and other communications for internal and external use
Experience in scoping and shaping project communications that drive organizational and behavioral change.
Experience in the development and implementation of initiatives from strategy through to execution.
Experience working in a global organization.
Excellent consultative, relationship management, influencing, and facilitation skills.
Superb problem solving skills; logical and analytical thinker.
Strong executive presence.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Demonstrated track record of contributing both strategically and tactically at a consistently high level

Pay Range: 110000 - 140,000 + Bonus
