About the Role:
Nili Lotan is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing and Communications to join our team. The role is responsible for developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that strengthens the Nili Lotan brand, elevates global brand awareness, and drives desirability for our collections and key product categories. This role reports directly to Nili Lotan and manages a PR Manager.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a 360 global marketing strategy that aligns with Nili Lotan’s overall business goals and brand objectives, both in the short and long term.
Have full P&L ownership over the Marketing and PR channels, planning annual budget allocations and reconciling quarterly.
Manage brand awareness strategy through tactics that include OOH advertising, brand led digital partnerships and product collaborations.
Partner closely with E-commerce and Digital Marketing team to advocate for their creative needs and optimizations, develop partnerships and programs to acquire new customers and retain existing clients.
Own content and editorial calendar, ensuring messaging is consistent across channels and assets are created according to the needs of the business, including social, email, digital advertising and in-store activations.
Manage US and International PR agencies and ensure scope of work and deliverables are achieved – includes but not limited to brand and product editorial, influencer and VIP relations, Founder positioning, thought leadership strategy and philanthropic partnerships.
Oversee all Influencer and VIP initiatives, foster stylist relationships and manage affiliate programs including ShopMy.
Collaborate with Retail team to ideate and manage the execution of VIC activations in stores including top digital clients through engaging in-store events, direct mail initiatives, community and local charity alignment.
Partner with Wholesale team to ensure consistent brand messaging across third party platforms, explore partner opportunities to engage new customers and manage all events with retailers globally.
Identify emerging and innovation led trends and opportunities within cultural pillars / fashion industry and present ideas for brand participation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven experience (7-10 years) in marketing leadership role, within luxury fashion and retail industry preferred
Strong knowledge of luxury fashion trends and consumer behavior.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets
