This highly visible position is responsible for leading efforts related to enterprise strategy, planning, and execution and has a significant impact on setting and advancing enterprise goals.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and general industry experience or consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm
• Management experience
• Strategy Development/Planning/Implementation: Strong knowledge of corporate strategy core skill sets; strong experience formulating, planning, and implementing strategy.
• Analysis/Synthesis/Insight Generation: Strong ability to lead quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making, and make recommendations/prioritize new opportunities to pursue.
• Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Strong ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal oversight.
• Project Management: Strong experience managing complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness: Strong ability to build strong connections with people and teams, drive results by working across the matrixed environment, and work directly with senior leadership.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior executives; robust verbal, written and visual communications skills.
• Team Leadership and Development: Strong experience leading and proactively developing team members.
• Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.
  
  

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as Master's, MBA, MHA, MD, JD, or PhD.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in the health insurance sector.
  
  

Compensation: $158,300.00 - $293,800.00
