Senior Data Architect - to 230k + bonus!

Salary is 210 to 230k + bonus

We’re seeking a technically strong and business-savvy senior data architect with a proven background in financial services technology. This role is for a data expert who thrives in hands-on environments and has a track record of designing and implementing enterprise-grade data systems that drive decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Financial industry – Deep understanding of the unique data, compliance, and reporting requirements that come with the territory.
• Data engineering and cloud mastery – Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure cloud services, and tools such as SSRS, Power BI, and SQL Replication. You’re comfortable building and optimizing data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting layers.
• Strategic data leadership – Hands-on experience crafting and executing a data architecture strategy, implementing data governance frameworks, and enabling robust reporting ecosystems that meet business needs at scale.
• Deep database and ETL knowledge – Well-versed in data modeling, ETL design, and modern data management systems. You know how to transform raw data into clean, usable assets that power analytics and operations.
• Snowflake expertise – Led or contributed to modern data warehouse projects using Snowflake, with experience in data ingestion, transformation, performance tuning, and day-to-day management of the environment.
