Title: Senior Associate Health Actuary

Compensation: $130,000-$155,000 + Bonus

Location: Remote (options available)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced actuarial professional to join our consulting team, with a primary focus on supporting health plans and provider organizations. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of client engagements, including risk adjustment, claims analysis, financial modeling, and strategic advisory services for both commercial and government healthcare programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and analytical expertise, paired with a passion for solving complex healthcare challenges

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of actuarial experience, ideally in a consulting or payer environment
• Progress toward ASA designation (near-ASA) or completion of at least 4 actuarial exams
• Strong programming and data analysis skills; proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Python preferred
• Experience working with large healthcare datasets, including medical and pharmacy claims
• Exposure to Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment methodologies, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights for clients
