We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic Software Sales Team. This role will focus on driving new business and revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer success and long-term adoption of Touchplan.
Duties and responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business
Build trusted relationships with executives, project teams, and decision-makers in the construction industry
Consistently achieve and exceed quota targets for ARR and expansion revenue
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene (Salesforce)
Represent Touchplan at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Stay updated on trends in the industry and deepen your industry expertise
Qualifications:
5+ years of both B2B & B2C SaaS sales experience, ideally in construction technology or related industries
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer pain points and articulate ROI
Experience selling into enterprise accounts and managing complex deal cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with the strong desire to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Functional knowledge of tools like Salesforce, Excel, SharePoint, Sales Navigator or similar sales tech stack apps.
Familiar with P6 (Primavera), Microsoft Project and N7 Software
US Citizenship required due to clientele and nature of projects supported.
