Job Title: Senior Communications Manager

Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid – 3 days On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of R&D Communications to create and implement communication strategies that align with R&D and corporate goals.
• Simplify complex scientific concepts into engaging stories for various audiences.
• Develop and manage content for internal and external channels, including newsletters, social media, and speaking engagements.
• Assist in preparing materials for R&D leaders' internal and external engagements, such as briefing documents and presentations.
• Create and edit high-quality written content, ensuring consistent messaging across all communications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution.

Skills Required:

• Over 5 years of experience in communications, ideally within biotech, pharma, or healthcare.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for science-driven storytelling and familiarity with scientific terminology.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
