Commission: Based on a percentage of sales volume, uncapped

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales of CAR-T monitoring products and services to biotech, pharma, and research organizations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small-company environment, enjoys building customer relationships from the ground up, and wants to play a key role in advancing cell and gene therapy monitoring solutions.
What You’ll Do
Drive B2B sales of CAR-T monitoring products and related services to biotech, pharma, and research organizations
Proactively identify and develop new accounts while strengthening existing customer relationships
Translate scientific features into clear commercial value for customers
Represent the company at customer visits, industry meetings, and scientific conferences
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, contracts, and payment follow-up
Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline and report progress
Gather and share market and competitor insights to support company growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
Must be passionate and motivated, with the drive to build something meaningful.
Master degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Genetics, or related life sciences
Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical sales; CRO/CDMO or cell/gene therapy sales experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with CAR-T manufacturing, antibodies, flow cytometry, and ADA assays
Strong B2B business development skills with ability to engage R&D leads, procurement managers, and biotech executives
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-limited startup environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to operate at the intersection of science and business
Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred
Ability to travel up to 50% (valid U.S. driver’s license required)
