About The Role
We seek a competitive, results-oriented, and high-achieving Sales Director who can both spearhead a sales team and drive direct sales initiatives. This individual will be accountable for delivering strong top-line revenue growth, building a disciplined sales process, mentoring and developing high-performing talent, and securing strategic deals.

Inspire and Influence: Serve as a thought leader, shaping go-to-market strategies, advocating for East Daley’s value proposition, and influencing industry executives and stakeholders to develop strategic alignment and market adoption.
Build Relationships: Cultivate and expand long-term, strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders. Leverage deep industry networks and executive presence to enhance East Daley’s position and create new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
Lead and manage a high-performing team of account executives and sales professionals.
Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent while instilling a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and ongoing learning.
Offer direct guidance in deal strategy, value positioning, prospecting, and closing deals.
Translate the company-wide sales strategy into actionable plans for the sales team.
Sales Execution & Market Presence
Oversee the execution of sales activities within assigned markets, segments, or regions.
Support the team on high-value opportunities and personally manage select key accounts as needed.
Represent East Daley Analytics at client meetings, conferences, and industry events to strengthen relationships and broaden visibility.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales with campaigns, messaging, and customer feedback.
Strategy & Reporting
Forecast and monitor sales team performance, ensuring targets are met.
Implement KPIs and sales process metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Track pipeline activity to ensure robust coverage and consistent revenue generation.
Provide market insights and client feedback to senior leadership to inform company strategy and product developments.

Education and Experience
Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas and building scalable sales teams
Experience with data, analytics, SaaS, or subscription-based solution selling preferred
Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is an asset

Salary range: $125,000 - $150,000 salary plus bonus and commission incentives
