Join Theranica USA, Inc., a leader in wearable bioelectronic solutions for migraine and other idiopathic pain conditions. We’re seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce Specialist to join our growing commercial team in the US.


Theranica has developed Nerivio®, the first FDA-cleared prescribed wearable device for both acute and preventive migraine treatment. Our breakthrough Remote Electrical Neuromodulation (REN) technology offers a drug-free, non-invasive solution that's proven as effective as standard medications—without the side effects.


What you’ll do:

  • Configure and customize the Salesforce CRM platform, managing user accounts and data, developing reports and dashboards, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and providing user training and support
  • Enhance and manage the sales processes, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations (FDA, HIPAA, MDR).
  • Create and maintain territories, accounts, contacts and prospects
  • Onboard, train and support internal Salesforce users
  • Create customized workflow, dashboard and reporting
  • Administer, optimize, and manage Salesforce, supporting our field sales clinical education, market access and marketing teams.
  • Develop and deliver accurate reporting, dashboards, and forecasting to guide strategic decisions. Provide insights through data analysis, leveraging Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
  • Work in tandem with corporate data group to ensure accurate gathering of data from our pharmacy and DME dispense partners, and data export to Looker and Salesforce data systems.
  • Implement and optimize AI-powered automation in Salesforce and BI tools to streamline reporting, pipeline management, and lead scoring over time.
  • Support product launches, pricing processes, and market expansion efforts.


What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (administration, reporting, and process optimization). Ideally in the med-tech, medical device or digital health channels, working with insurance-reimbursed medical devices.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, BI tools such as Tableau/Power BI).
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.
  • Team player with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce certification/accreditation required.
