WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As a key part of the Recording Academy’s Information Technology department, the Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of the Salesforce platform for the entire Recording Academy and its affiliates. In this hands-on technical role, you will be responsible for making changes to the system, maintaining security and integrity, verifying data quality, providing user training and support, writing process documentation, and managing reports/dashboards. You will work with stakeholders to determine prioritization of features and design and implement scalable solutions on the platform. You are an experienced administrator of Salesforce who is service oriented and collaborative.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead Salesforce administration with a focus on building and scaling automations (Flows, Process Builder and Workflow retirement).
Design and maintain a robust permission set structure that scales with business growth and ensures data security.
Administer and optimize Marketing Cloud and Form Assembly, ensuring smooth integration with core Salesforce processes.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that support long-term strategy.
Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements and deliver solutions that drive adoption and efficiency.
Manage integrations with third-party tools and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and seamless operations.
Proactively communicate Salesforce releases, new functionality, and testing requirements to business users.
Provide responsive support by triaging, resolving, and preventing recurring user issues.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Marketing Cloud and Advanced Administrator certifications preferred.
5+ years of Salesforce administration experience across multiple environments or rapidly evolving organizations.
Proven expertise in automation design (Flows), scalable data models, and custom configurations.
Strong experience in permission set architecture and role-based access models.
Track record of delivering scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with third-party tools for data collection and cleaning (FormAssembly, DemandTools, etc.).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a love for building solutions that reduce manual work and scale over time.
Ability to works with a sense of urgency while managing competing priorities and delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness and availability for some travel as needed for periodic team meetings.
