Overview

Our Regional Vice President of Sales (Atlanta) will a key player in our ongoing expansion. You will drive strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence, drive revenue growth, and building lasting mutually beneficial client relationships.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a foundational growth strategy in alignment with our mission and values.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, spearheading business development initiatives to expand our solutions throughout Georgia and surrounding states.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with consultant partners through strategic identification and comprehensive development initiatives. This includes listening to agency needs and being able to pivot when needed to deliver on-demand.
  • Execute sophisticated sales methodologies encompassing the entire sales lifecycle, navigating from lead generation through successful closures.
  • Drive innovation in product development, ensuring our business stays ahead of industry trends and meets evolving client needs.
  • Collaborate seamlessly within the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success across all verticals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance positioning and brand awareness, bringing your ideas to light and working in tandem to convert to sales.


Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of experience selling medical stop loss.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a constant eye for new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a passion for building high-performance teams.
  • Licensed to sell insurance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Business travel will be required, primarily in the state of Georgia.
