$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Who You Are:
You are energetic, collaborative, have strong communication and are results driven. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are curious and have experience with retail marketing and analytics. The Specialist, Retail Marketing is a key supporting role on the Retail Marketing team, with a key responsibility being in aiding in the development and implementation of the Michael Kors’ retail marketing operations, as well as supporting the overall retail marketing strategy, and the gathering of marketing campaign results. While reporting to the Senior Manager of Retail Marketing, this role will assist the Assistant Manager on all activities.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in maintaining integral cross-functional Retail Marketing tools such as the Retail Marketing Inbox and Retail Marketing Portal
Own and work collaboratively to analyze competitive activity and market trends
Assist in ensuring flawless and on-brand in-store events, signage and OOH
Support in developing marketing presentations
Support in budget tracking
Manage GWP inventory and closet
Work collaboratively across the merchandising and marketing functions to support the execution of new product launches and promotions
Manage cross-functional projects in a rapidly changing environment with creative services and project management to ensure deadlines are met
Own delivery of retail marketing from beginning to end: from briefs, project management and execution
Master and improve internal processes
Ensure clear and concise store communications are developed through Retail Communications for all retail marketing initiatives in a timely manner
Liaison between mall marketing teams including lease required advertising and marketing programs for specific retail properties and organic marketing opportunities for all properties
Work alongside Global CRM to execute clienteling strategies
Own data pulling and analysis; work in partnership with the analytics team to report out on key KPIs to understand performance
Take on special projects in partnership with the Assistant Manager and/or the Senior Manager
You’ll Need to Have:
Bachelors’ Degree is required
Minimum of 1-3 years Marketing experience, preferably in a retail environment
Proficient in all MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
