  • Implement and maintain a "keep-in-touch" strategy for future-fit candidates, contributing to long-term pipeline development.
  • Coordinate with the Contracting, Licensing, and Registration team to ensure smooth and timely onboarding of new advisors.
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems (JobScore preferred), ensuring compliance and visibility across the hiring team.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and sales managers to keep all recruiting processes on track.
  • Participate in advisor development and training programs such as Skill Builder and Impact Academy to ensure process alignment from recruitment through onboarding.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the broader recruiting function.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ years of recruiting coordination or university recruiting experience
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in finance or a related field.
  • Experience or exposure to the financial services or insurance industry preferred
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (JobScore experience is a plus)
  • Exposure to data reporting and tools like Data Discovery is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management mindset

We’d Love to See

  • Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage work independently while staying closely aligned with recruiting leaders

What We’ll Provide

  • Biweekly compensation based on skills and experience
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
  • Work-from-home flexibility: up to 2 days per month
  • In-person role based in Southfield, Michigan
  • Standard hours: Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), Friday (8:30 AM–4:30 PM)
