Job Description -

This is a testing manager role coordinating UAT testing. At this level the candidate will NOT be doing hands on work.

Moving to Workday financials. The candidate who gets this role will have Workday experience VS other platforms

Be able to manage group of testers, with their strategies, running defects calls, providing status to upper management

Must have Workday (Very highly preferred) or (secondarily) similar enterprise ERP like Peoplesoft

Kainos, Smart Test and Smartshield are a plus

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading Workday Program testing initiatives and a strong understanding of the Workday Financials Ecosystem, Integrations, and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Workday testing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Workday implementations and updates.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Workday modules.

• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and team members.

• Lead the delivery of Automation Test suite using Kainos.

• Implement and manage automated testing processes and tools.

• Work closely with Kainos teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Workday Test Lead, with a focus on Workday Financials.

• Strong knowledge of Workday Integrations and Security.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks

• Experience with Kainos Smart Test and Smartshield.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Workday Financials or related modules.

• Experience with Agile methodologies
