Your Role
You are a rare breed—a top-tier strategist, transformation leader, and consultant who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments. You don't just advise; you own execution. As a Principal / Senior Vice President, you will be the senior-most leader on day-to-day client engagements, driving large-scale change at some of the world’s most complex organizations. You will work directly with senior executives and buyers, designing and executing AI-powered management transformations that redefine how organizations operate.
Job Responsibilities
Lead operating model and AI-powered transformations for Fortune 500 clients.
Integrate Factor.AI into core management systems.
Build and expand executive-level client relationships.
Drive tech-first process changes and implementations.
Communicate complex ideas clearly through presentations and visuals.
Coach clients and mentor junior team members.
Navigate ambiguity and deliver lasting impact in fast-paced environments.
Qualification Requirements
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformations at Fortune 500s or equivalent scale, typically gained through a distinguished career in big company consulting at a Director, Partner, or Senior Manager level.
Advised and influenced the C-suite on strategic decisions.
Deep understanding of performance, organizational design, and change management.
Extensive hands-on experience driving tech or AI-enabled transformation, with a strong track record of actively utilizing AI to optimize work and deliver innovative solutions.
Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
Strong business diagnosis, strategic insight, and executive communication skills.
