We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Planning Coordinator to join our team. The Project Planning Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, tracking, and execution of multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role will work closely with the project management, sales, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and construction teams, as well as collaborate with colleagues internationally to facilitate effective communication and project success. The successful candidate must have a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and be able to engage with internal stakeholders at all levels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines in collaboration with project managers, cross-functional, and international teams
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks across sales, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and construction departments to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, financial milestones, and status reports
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and international colleagues
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, issues, or delays to project managers and other stakeholders
  • Support resource allocation to optimize project efficiency
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes, accommodating internation

al time zones as needed

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and project requirements
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders and leadership
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to management

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, construction management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, planning, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, with a strong focus on scheduling and capacity planning
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across multiple teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
