Project Control Specialist

What is the position?

The Project Controls Specialist will manage project controls within a dynamic, energy-focused environment. This project-based role demands a proactive, collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and excels in cost and schedule management across a portfolio of projects.

What are the responsibilities?

As a Project Controls Specialist, you will:

• Oversee project estimating, costing, forecasting, and reporting functions
• Independently manage multiple energy-related projects and coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams
• Utilize Primavera P6 and other tools to support project scheduling and analytics
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with established Change Management processes
• Assist in the setup and ongoing financial performance tracking of assigned projects

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science, or Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience in a Project Controls role within the energy sector preferred
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software and Oracle PPM
• DocuSign exposure
• Strong multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills
• High accountability, customer focus, and ability to drive results
