Job Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals, priorities, and pain points.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, status updates, and feedback loops.
• Domain & Technical Understanding
• Develop a deep understanding of the business domain and technical architecture of the program.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to the program.
• Collaborate with solution architects and SMEs to validate feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.

Team Coordination & Delivery Oversight

• Coordinate across cross-functional technical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of program milestones.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness in agile environments.

Escalation & Conflict Management

• Escalate issues to leadership when blockers or risks threaten delivery
• timelines or quality.
• Push back diplomatically when scope creep, unrealistic expectations, or misaligned priorities arise.
• Mediate conflicts between teams or stakeholders to maintain focus and collaboration.
• Reporting & Communication
• Provide clear, concise, and data-driven updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and traceability.
• Ensure alignment across teams through consistent communication and shared understanding of goals.
