Program Coordinator

Here's the thing: two19 isn't a startup and it isn't a corporation. We're just ordinary people planting seeds and trusting the seasons aka a decentralized collective where students, artists, organizers, technologists, and founders from 40+ countries come together to build things — with mutual trust, respect and care.

Now, we're looking for a Program Coordinator(s) — people who can gather and tend to small, human-scale groups that become containers for real growth and connection.

The kinds of groups you might host:

• Local Circles
• Skill Circles
• Vibe-Based Circles
• Project Incubation Circles
• Reflection Circles

What this looks like:

• You create a small circle that feels right to you and the people who need it
• You don't manage anyone — you hold the rhythm. You invite, you listen, you support
• You become a gentle bridge between people and projects

What you get:

• Something to show for it (yes, a certificate if you want it for LinkedIn — but more importantly, actual stories that grow from the work you do)

Who we usually work with:

Students figuring out their next move. Local organizers who know their communities inside and out. Women building something from scratch with no budget. Artists who see solutions differently. Founders in places that don't usually get funding. People who've been told they're "not ready yet" but are doing the work anyway. Folks from places where good ideas happen but resources are harder to come by.

This isn't a job with a contract. It's a small mission.
