🕐 Shift: 2nd shift (flexible hours, with overtime and weekend/holiday availability required)

💲 Compensation: $75K – $85K + bonus opportunities

🔹 Position Overview

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive performance on the production floor, and support the success of a skilled team. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities, while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with automotive manufacturing experience, open to working 2nd shift (with flexibility to cover other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed).

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production associates through training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Review production floor performance and collaborate with production support leaders.
• Coordinate material dispersal, labor, and scheduling to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor process volumes, recommend adjustments, and resolve production issues.
• Improve workflow by analyzing delays, reducing stoppages, and testing new methods.
• Complete daily shift production reports and track yields and recoveries.
• Maintain strong communication between shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster positive working relationships, including in a union environment where applicable.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment by following all policies, standards, and regulations.

🔹 Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience as a manufacturing floor supervisor (automotive industry preferred).
• Experience working in a union environment preferred.
• Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
