Production Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Milwaukee, WI. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and managing production planning. Other responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, maintaining communication flow, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The role also involves supervising production staff, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in overseeing production staff
• Proficiency in creating and managing Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with various departments
• Experience with Production Management for maintaining quality and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving abilities and process improvement skills
• Experience in the flexible packaging industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
