Production Manager

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Mentor, OH

Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and adjust production performance proactively to meet KPIs and service levels
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to align labor, production schedules, and materials to optimize delivery and minimize cost
• Maintain constant communication across all shifts and departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and operations
• Enforce safety policies, conduct incident investigations, and implement corrective actions
• Foster a strong team culture built on collaboration, communication, and mutual respect
• Drive employee engagement and development through coaching and mentoring

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or engineering-related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Production Manager or Manufacturing Supervisor role
• Experience in chemical manufacturing preferred
• ERP system experience is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

• Leadership in a Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environment
• Track record of driving performance and safety improvements
• Strong decision-making skills and data-driven mindset
