$105,000.00/yr - $152,000.00/yr
We are seeking a highly strategic and partner-focused professional to join Global Scaled Partnerships as a Partner Success Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, and Operations Teams to enhance partner success, facilitate product adoption, and minimize churn across multiple products to drive top line goals.
Partner Success Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and implement support strategies tailored to each program, ensuring efficient issue resolution and escalation processes
Advocate for partner needs by influencing product and policy teams to create scalable solutions
Provide partners with education and support on platform policies, best practices, and monetization strategies
Create and curate educational content to help partners address common issues and maintain compliance on the platform
Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, and Operations Teams to design and execute customized solutions that address specific partner challenges
Work closely with Product Teams to gather and share feedback that informs product development and enhances the partner experience
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in client management, customer success, customer support, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships with partners and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing partner challenges
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and partner management
