Job Summary (Oracle EBS DBA)

  • Serve as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Database Administrator for Philadelphia.
  • Manage and support Oracle EBS (versions 12.1 & 12.2) on Windows Server OS.
  • Administer Oracle databases (11g/12c/19c), including backup/recovery using RMAN and Data Guard.
  • Perform EBS 12.2 upgrades, patching (ADOP/Online Patching), and environment cloning/migration.
  • Support and maintain WebLogic and Fusion Middleware environments.
  • Conduct database and application performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize AD utilities, AutoConfig, ADOP, and Rapid Clone for environment management.
  • Develop scripts and automate tasks using Windows scripting.
  • Ensure Oracle security and manage concurrent processing and application tier architecture.
  • Assess code remediation and customization impact for EBS environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure availability and reliability of EBS systems.
  • Fully onsite position in Philadelphia, PA; only local candidates considered.
