Role Overview:

As our Operations Director, you will be the organizational heartbeat of our startup. You’ll manage and streamline our day-to-day operations, ensuring that meetings are efficient, timelines are met, and all the moving parts of our business are in perfect sync.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage operational and cross-functional meetings, ensuring follow-ups are tracked.

• Develop and maintain project timelines and Gantt charts for all workflows.

• Handle logistical coordination, including vendor management and payment scheduling.

• Record and distribute meeting minutes and ensure action items are completed.

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 per year plus performance-based bonuses
