Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design customized, turn-key equipment ranging from manual benchtop fixtures to fully automated robotic cells. You’ll collaborate across departments to develop high-quality solutions that meet our customers’ unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for custom test equipment.
• Lead and mentor mechanical engineering staff in solving complex engineering challenges.
• Maintain and improve standard design practices, documentation, libraries, and software tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and enhance tools, methods, and processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, materials, and processes to drive innovation.
• Support project managers with technical documentation and project planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.
• Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Experience with automation and machine design is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
