We are a small-but-mighty group of motivated professionals who are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. Please see below for more information!


What you’ll do on the job

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll help elevate TechHuman’s digital presence by contributing to social media, content development, and event marketing efforts. Your ability to create meaningful content and connect with our audience will be key to your success. You’ll take on a variety of marketing initiatives-from managing posts and email campaigns to assisting with events and refining our brand voice across platforms


What you’ll need

  • A solid understanding of business social media best practices and how to apply them.
  • A degree in Marketing or actively pursuing a degree in Marketing.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite, Canva, LinkedIn Analytics, and Constant Contact.
  • A comfort level with LinkedIn and interest in using social media to build authentic engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.


What will help you on the job

  • Prior experience in Marketing support.
  • Exposure to marketing AI and automation tools
  • Experience supporting professional events.
  • Interest in the consulting industry, and a curiosity about emerging tech trends.
  • A creative eye for design and the ability to jump into ad-hoc marketing tasks like building slide decks, creating custom graphics, or assisting with last-minute content needs.
