About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Manager to help bring Feel Good Foods’ marketing strategies to life. You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping projects moving – across social, packaging, ecommerce, website, and creative assets – while also contributing ideas to campaigns and consumer-facing moments.

You will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and Strategy and work closely with cross-functional leaders, including the company’s founder. Some days you’ll be managing timelines and routing packaging updates for approval; others you’ll be brainstorming campaign tactics or reviewing influencer content with our social partners. The ideal candidate thrives on project management, communicates clearly, and brings an ownership mindset to both execution and alignment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys operating at the tactical level, is energized by keeping complex projects on track, and has a strategic mindset: understanding how each task connects back to bigger business goals. You’ll touch nearly every part of our brand presence – from packaging and trade show materials to social content and website updates – and play a critical role in shaping how consumers experience Feel Good Foods every day.



Key Responsibilities


Keep projects on track

  • Manage timelines and deliverables across social, design, packaging, ecommerce, and website.
  • Track deadlines, flag risks early, and keep everyone aligned.
  • Route creative work through reviews to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

Coordinate all marketing creative work

  • Serve as the go-to contact and leader/organizer for external agencies, designers, and vendors.
  • Manage packaging design and production for new launches
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product to align on launches, retailer priorities, and project timelines.
  • Support retailer-facing deliverables like updated imagery, copy, and trade show materials.

Contribute to campaigns and creative ideas

  • Work directly with the Founder on brainstorms for seasonal campaigns, launches, and influencer/partnership activations.
  • Help shape content calendars and creative tactics that connect to account priorities.
  • Bring a strategic lens to how ideas ladder up to bigger brand and business goals.

Drive the marketing calendar

  • Keep campaign, launch, and seasonal priorities moving on schedule.
  • Ensure influencer, partnership, and content workflows are executed and delivered on time.
  • Align with line manager on goals, budgets, and priorities.

Own asset and content organization

  • Lead updates of product copy and imagery across retailer portals, website, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Maintain clean, accessible systems for artwork, packaging files, and marketing content.

Lead special projects

  • Manage photoshoots for lifestyle imagery, innovation on-pack photography, and packaging updates.
  • Coordinate preparation of trade show and event materials.
  • Support the long-term transition to a new Shopify website platform.
  • Flex to manage additional projects as the business evolves, always keeping process and organization at the center.



What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years in CPG marketing, project management, or operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple workstreams and keep complex projects organized.
  • Clear, proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable using collaborative tools (Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Notion).
  • A systems-thinker who thrives on structure, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Someone energized by both organization and contributing to strategy and campaign development.
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn with a growth mindset
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a passion for working with people across levels and departments
