About the Role
As our first in-house marketing leader, you will take ownership of refining and executing Empowered Hospitality’s marketing strategy as we transition from an external agency to an internal model. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who excels at building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and producing compelling content that connects with our audience.
You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, our client teams, and external partners to elevate our brand, drive growth, and position Empowered as a thought leader in the hospitality HR space. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—ready to shape our marketing vision while executing with excellence.

Role Responsibilities
Own and execute Empowered’s marketing strategy across digital, content, & brand channels
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
Create and curate content including blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, and case studies
Oversee website performance, SEO, and UX using WordPress and analytics tools
Manage HubSpot for email marketing, lead nurturing, and performance tracking
Collaborate with leadership on messaging, positioning, and business development support
Coordinate with external vendors (designers, freelancers, PR) as needed
Track KPIs and report on marketing performance and ROI
Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Represent Empowered Hospitality in external communications and thought leadership
WordPress: Website content management and basic editing
Google Ads: Campaign creation, optimization, and analytics
LinkedIn Ads: B2B campaign strategy and execution
Meta Ads: Facebook/Instagram audience targeting and creative testing
Google Analytics: Website traffic and conversion tracking
SEO Tools: (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) for keyword research and performance monitoring
Design Tools: (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for light creative work
Experience & Education
5–10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services
Some experience in hospitality (service, leadership or marketing role)
Proven track record of driving brand growth and lead generation
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Proficiency with HubSpot and digital advertising platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong MS office skills, business communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field
