The Opportunity

We are seeking highly driven individuals with demonstrated success in recruiting, staffing, or business development who are ready to take the next step in their careers. As a Managing Partner, you will have the opportunity to launch and lead your own office, with equity from day one and the full backing of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, manage, and grow a new staffing and search office
  • Drive revenue through business development and personal production
  • Recruit, hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
  • Oversee daily operations while maintaining profitability
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver staffing solutions that meet client needs

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in staffing, recruiting, or business development
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to run and grow a business
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring teams
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage P&L responsibilities
  • Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented
