The Opportunity
We are seeking highly driven individuals with demonstrated success in recruiting, staffing, or business development who are ready to take the next step in their careers. As a Managing Partner, you will have the opportunity to launch and lead your own office, with equity from day one and the full backing of our organization.

Establish, manage, and grow a new staffing and search office
Drive revenue through business development and personal production
Recruit, hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
Oversee daily operations while maintaining profitability
Build strong client relationships and deliver staffing solutions that meet client needs
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in staffing, recruiting, or business development
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to run and grow a business
Strong leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring teams
Financial acumen and ability to manage P&L responsibilities
Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented
