$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Pay range (depending on experience): $70-75k annual salary

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage administrative operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs and report findings and recommendations to the Director
Support business planning efforts for new services, products, and markets
Oversee staffing, equipment, and system needs; recommend enhancements to support growth and performance
Facilitate implementation of new technologies and process improvements
Provide project management support for strategic initiatives and special projects
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal policies
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality assurance, and professional development
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred
A minimum of 2 years of experience leading others, preferably in an administrative or operations role
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative/executive operations or support services
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
High emotional intelligence and the ability to effectively support and communicate complex topics clearly with executive leaders
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
