Legal Counsel

Firm Advice is pleased to present an exceptional opportunity in the global data center industry. Our client is seeking an experienced finance attorney to manage outside counsel on a wide range of financing transactions. In this role, you will partner with the in-house corporate finance team to review, structure, and ensure the accuracy of financings supporting data center developments worldwide.

Position is remote with minimal travel.

Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $220,000. Salary can be higher for attorney who has strong, on-point experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• JD and member in good standing of at least one bar in the US.
• 3+ years finance experience, such as debt, project, lender, mezzanine, and/or real estate.
• Experience with energy and/or telecom a plus.
• Must be interested in learning complex areas of finance.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced, collegial environment.
