The Inside Sales Representative is an entry-level sales role focused on driving revenue growth through both inbound and targeted outbound sales activities. This position is ideal for a self-motivated, naturally persuasive individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a natural ability to connect with people, and the discipline to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-ups.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage inbound sales leads, qualifying and converting them into new business opportunities.
· Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and develop new customer relationships.
· Make cold calls and send outreach emails daily to grow a qualified sales pipeline.
· Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and process small orders promptly.
· Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
· Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs.
· Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
· Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to execute sales strategies and share customer feedback.
· Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through training and coaching.
