Salary: $35 per hour - up too $72,000 per annum

Location: Goshen, NY | Fully Onsite

A well-established organization is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join their regional technology team in Goshen NY. This is a fully onsite role suited to a hands-on, solutions-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required, along with flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time—including internationally.

What you’ll be doing as an Information Technology Support Analyst:

• Provide technical support across regional sites and offices
• Ensure systems remain available, resilient, and well-documented
• Lead onboarding of new technologies and act as subject matter expert
• Respond to incidents, manage recurring issues, and support major projects
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate shift coverage
• Act as the primary IT contact for the local site

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ experience in a 2nd or 3rd line support environment
• Strong technical skills across: Windows 10, Office 365, Teams/SharePoint, Intune, ServiceNow, SCCM
• Digital signage, iOS/Apple
• Basic Cisco networking and Wi-Fi
• Point of Sale (POS) and kiosk systems
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
• Microsoft365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred)
