Import Export Coordinator

Are you experienced in air freight operations and ready to take the next step in your logistics career? We’re working with a leading international freight forwarding company looking for a proactive Air Import or Export Coordinator to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company handling global air shipments, ensuring smooth operations from origin to destination while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate air import or export shipments from origin to destination.
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients to ensure seamless transport.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation including airway bills, customs forms, and invoices.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
• Support compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.

About You

• Experience in air import or export operations within freight forwarding.
• Preferably A-Z knowledge of either air import or export
• Knowledge of international shipping documentation and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• CargoWise knowledge preferred

Salary up to $65K DOE
