Icertis Functional Consultant

We’re looking for an Icertis Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our client's Icertis CLM solution.

This role is part-time (20 hours per week in the morning hours) with some onsite work required at our downtown Chicago office.

As a key member of the program team, you’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders and a systems integration (SI) partner to define requirements, configure solutions, and ensure smooth deployment and adoption across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead deployment of the CLM solution, driving implementation, execution, and business adoption
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, working closely with Global Process Leads and stakeholders
• Collaborate with SI partners and vendors to ensure solution effectiveness
• Oversee UAT, configuration, go-live, and post–go-live support
• Act as a catalyst for change, developing training materials and promoting adoption of new processes
• Track KPIs, escalate risks, and recommend optimizations
• Provide guidance to project teams throughout design and implementation

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation
• Strong background in product ownership or solution delivery in enterprise systems
• Ability to partner with both business and technical teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
• Availability for a part-time schedule with some onsite presence in downtown Chicago
