Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Human Resources Advisor to provide operational and administrative support across the HR function. This role partners closely with HR leadership, employees, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, accurate data management, and an excellent employee experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings experience handling both routine and non-standard HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration
Execute day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and data updates.
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records within HR systems for all personnel.
Support the creation and processing of offer letters, new hire documentation, and onboarding schedules.
Conduct exit processes including documentation management and exit interviews.
Review and submit HR transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established service levels.
Employee Support
Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Provide basic advisory support and escalate complex issues to HR leadership as needed.
Ensure positive employee experience by delivering timely follow-up and clear communication.
HR Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR workflows and administrative processes.
Collaborate with HR teams and shared services partners to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor and review work outputs from shared services or offshore support teams.
Project & Data Support
Assist HR leadership with recurring annual cycles such as compensation reviews, talent processes, reporting, and compliance-related activities.
Support special projects related to recruitment, mobility, policy updates, and organizational initiatives.
Maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and reports to support data-driven decision making.

Qualifications
Required:
2–3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar HR support role.
Experience managing HR data, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
