We're Hiring: HRIS Senior Analyst – Payroll & Timekeeping (Workday)

📍 Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Remote for right candidate)

🔍 Join our HR Systems team to support and enhance our Workday Payroll and Timekeeping ecosystem!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Workday USA Payroll & Timekeeping configuration, reporting, and controls
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and HR to improve processes and data integrity
• Manage system upgrades, testing, and integrations
• Support HRIS projects, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Drive process improvements and user experience enhancements

Must have:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

✅ 5+ years Workday Payroll experience

✅ 8+ years HRIS experience (Workday, ADP, Kronos, Oracle, etc.)

✅ Strong Excel/Access skills; PowerBI a plus

✅ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

✅ Experience with mergers/acquisitions and global HR systems preferred
