Compensation: $150K – $280K + Equity (0.1%–0.5%)

About The Role

We are representing a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company that is transforming enterprise communications with a cutting-edge no-code voice AI platform. With over $30M raised from top-tier investors and a proven track record of delivering measurable value to global clients, this company is scaling rapidly and seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead its revenue organization.

This is a high-impact senior leadership role where you’ll own full go-to-market execution, scale a high-performing sales team, and work closely with the CEO and leadership on strategy, enterprise deals, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and deliver on quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and mentor a world-class sales team of 15+ Account Executives and BDRs.
  • Lead enterprise sales processes, including complex technical deal closures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams on GTM strategy.
  • Oversee forecasting, sales analytics, and CRM management for pipeline visibility.
  • Maintain strong relationships with technical buyers and enterprise decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience, including both individual contributor and sales leadership roles.
  • Proven leadership experience at high-growth enterprise software startups (Series B+ with $20M+ ARR).
  • Track record of scaling sales teams from 10 to 30+ members.
  • Experience closing 6-figure technical deals (APIs, AI, or enterprise SaaS).
  • Strong ability to engage with technical buyers and lead product-oriented sales conversations.
  • Exceptional communication and mentoring skills.
  • Based on the U.S. East Coast or willing to relocate.
